hey i just got a tattoo saturday and another on tuesday and i have the white bumps on the one i got last night and none on the one i got saturday and it was done by the same artist and i am using the same lotion it to is on my forarm/bicept this is the first tattoo that i have had white bumps like this and i have 16 tattoos
