tattoo power supply

hi i bought a tattoo kit and plugged it all in and then the power supply blew up on me so i bought another one and that did exactly the same straight away, does any body no why thats happening thanks

if you are buying product from america it does NOT come with a power adapter plug for the current over in that area.over in UK and such the power grids and such are different than other countries. make sure you have your power converter plug first
