Leadership can be learn whilst Talent cannot. So how can you get the best tattoo that you deserve? first, if youre willing to spend so much for a tattoo, then you deserve the best. Tattoos and any other artwork are the result of Creative and Imaginative MINDS... No Two artist can make an identical result. second, Do your homework, visit shops after shops, they will all tell you they're the best, but their work won't lie. To shorten the long list.. look for those who already won tattoo competitions. FINALLY...compare their winning pieces. Hope that'll help! good luck!!
