Im no professional, But im pursuing a apprenticeship But I have some experience. That sounds alot like that shitty e-bay china ink Its definitely crappy ink. But keep in mind you can only work your skin so much, Are you butchering yourself to get it to stick? Is it watery an thin? My advice is use usa inks, I use MOMS/Starbrite but alas im still experimenting with my personal blends. good luck
By the way, If it has NO label on it. I wouldn't touch it let alone inject it inside your body. As for it expiring i think thats the last of the worries with a no labeld bottle of ink. Buy better quality equipment, Its expensive starting off but what isnt about doing tattoos. You'll only hurt yourself with that cheap shit
c my thing was it had to be good ink u know it said american made ink but no labels.. it had seemed i did the tattoos with a blue, purple, and black they came out light even the black i mean u can c them but shitty no im not butchering haha just the normal length of needle needed to go into the skin,it is thin watery... another thing used those ink shots one bein the kura sumi black outlining and still shit little better but not by much... how about the gauze?? any kind of info on this subject will help

Why you would by a no name brand or unlabeled ink is beyond me. I am sure you had your reasons but I can tell you not ONE of them are worth what you are opening up yourself to. Untested or no-name ink opens yourself to so many issues besides the ink not laying down properly-there are metals to consider and ingredients that you or your clients can have severe reactions to. I can go on and on-but if you visit this link: http://www.blueowltattoo.com/blog/2011/03/07/Lets-Talk-Ink.aspx ' I go into detail about inks and what is good and what isn't. My suggestion is to throw that out, and even though it may suck right now you will be better for it. Call the good folks at Tommy's Supplies and get yourself a Starbrite starter ink kit in their 1/2 oz size, it has basic colors and is what I think one of the more affordable and higher end products out there (no I don't work for them either, just really love their ink!) If you truly love tattooing you will do everything you can to learn about your tools, supplies etc...many of us have invested THOUSANDS of dollars AND time into our craft- and it may seem hard now to do that, but take small steps into getting a professional set up and by the time you are finished you will wonder how you ever did without it! Best of luck!
Buying random unlabeled inks and tattooing yourself is extremely irresponsible. Don't go any moms ink, hopefully tommys wont sell to you without a professional reference. These are questions you need to be asking your mentor not a bunch of random people on the internets. I guess the good news is your only hacking on yourself, but please don't tattoo anyone else without proper guidance and supervision.
hey gabe ur funny u know.. i came here b/c i found this site and thought there could be other ppl to help another out to get good details on good ink good supplies and to find some of the best references.. so i can go out and buy some of the best.. but other then that.what can anyone tell me about some good black outlining and some good colors to use? also still wondering about that gauze?? another thing is how about those ink shots i thought they would be great bein they are from kura sumi but guessing not. i heard intenze was good for the black outlining also moms ink for the colors. any others that anyone has used that worked excellent for u??
I believe that you got what you needed when it came to asking your questions about ink...Gabe gave you some excellent advice, and looking for answers here on the boards regarding ink is also something that you will get a guzzillion different opinions in. Seriously do your research,- find someone that is willing to teach you the proper methods.
Hope you know that you tattooed rat poison in your skin which is now in your blood stream..i'd see a doc asap cause in 7 days your a gonner. And in 5 days your penis will most likley fall off...so your in deep shit you retard.Labled ink has a signifiCUNT reasoning behind it..look carefully and you will find on the label..something called a "LOT #" this is my retarted friend...is for the HEALTH DEPARTMENT to be able to go hey..this tattoo is shitty, fading, infected and weiners are falling off like a black plaugue...so they look up that number and trace it back to the source..and of COARSE you should use a gauze..pref. before you start tattooing..tattoo over the gauze to try and filter out that poison in your blood..but too late..your a gonner for shore..so like jeanne said........Good Luck..Not having a weiners no fun man..i've seen it 1st hand!Just like Vagina Dentata hahaha
this is some retarded shit right here also i had it for a month now and my penis is rockin out and no infections im good so now seriously nobody could tell me some good inks u guys have used from experience

I am very funny, thanks! I have been listening to Marc Maron's podcast and he interviews comedians pretty much exclusively. Ive never watched a stand up act, but those guys and gals are pretty funny! But sorry to say, even with all this comedic research and practice, my humor still cant compete with someone who is tattooing themselves with unlabeled inks, cant figure out how to wrap a tattoo, and then goes and asks random people on an internet forum whats up... I mean holy shit, I could have answered these questions when I was 17... This isnt the place to find the skinny on supplies, this is a place to check out amazing tattoos by some of the worlds top tattooers...
so gabe i could of know that but im just someone wanting some info on some good advice u know. thought it would help out some to get good advice on inks the art of tattooing and other things about it.. so if there is any way u could help me out some it would be nice
want advice he say's....go get a coloring book.China made Crayons work good.
u guys can suck my dick and enjoy
hey, I have to update it a bit, but please read the read before posting thread. You cant get good advice about tattooing people online. You get too many opinions, many bad ones, and we have sen it go awry in the past. In fact, people have gotten apprenticeships from posters here who were dispensing bad, but believable, advice. We're more than happy to critique your artwork and give you pointers to landing a good mentor. We wont help people tattooing themselves, or others, without a proper mentor.
you are a complete and utter bell end. apart from the fact you are using unlabled rubber boot heal and piss mixture posing as ink, you clearly no fuck all about tattooing, if your using kuro sumi like you have claimed and its looking like shit then you have no business holding a tattoo machine or gun as you probably call it. clearly you know fuck all about the many variables it takes to put ink to skin. i suggest you take your $40.00 tattoo/maiming kit and shove it up your arse and go back to watchin miami ink. Honestly pal we have to many dumb fuck cunt wannabes trying to peddle themselves artists, we dont need another one
