Was watching Miami ink last night saw a woman who survived breast cancer get a tattoo of a woman on her upper arm. Beautiful pictures in the book of this artists work. Kind of old fashioned eurethral women can't remember the artists name want to see more of his work can anyone help me I know its vauge but apparently hes a popular artist.

yup it was alfonse mucha.. he was the leader of the art noveau movement.
OH damn!! I did see it and I should have known...10 whacks with a dirty clip chord once used by Bozo king of the scratchers!! For ME that is!!!
The artists name is indeed Alphonse Mucha. His portrayals of women, and the female form defined much of the "Organic Flow" of the Art Neuvo Movement. I believe the woman she chose was part of a work of posters depicting seasons like "Spring" Interesting though, the artist on miami ink did not use the original colors of the Alphonse Mucha piece, chosing instead to cloth her in blue. Hmm.
