New tattoo itching and bumpy

I got a cover up tattoo 3 months ago, it's healed but for the past 2 weeks its been really itchy and it has bumps all over the tattoo! It's not where the old tattoo was, its all over. I haven't changed my diet, or laundry soap or even lotion! What's going on? My tattoo artist does have psoriasis....would that affect me?

Ok psoriasis is not contagious. Your tattoo artist could not have given it to you. My artist told me that a small rash is normal during healing and that if we have any problems to contact him and a dermatologist if the problem cannot be fixed with their advice.
