NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hello people! I REALLLY need help. Okay, so I got a HORRIBLE leg band when I was 16 years-old. It wraps around my upper thigh, and its just a bunch of words. BUT it is not only lopsided, but Independence is spelt wrong. Now I am 20 years-old and I need to do something about it. Does anyone have any ideas? I could cover it but is that possible? How much does removing cost? Any other ideas? please please please help me
