Looking for inside heel (below ankle) tattoo artist

Hi there, I am looking for a tattoo artist in Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ who has experience with tattoos on the feet, specifically inside of the heel below the ankle bone. I know it's a tough place to tattoo and therefore not everyone will do it. I understand that it will probably need to be touched up (maybe even more than once) and that I won't be able to wear shoes, etc. for a while after. I want to put some words and a small symbol in that space - all black if that helps. Anyone have any recommendations of a tattoo artist? Thanks!
