Lightning storm

is it safe to tattoo in a storm what are the chances of being strcuk by lightning

Better than winning the Lottery . If there was a storm; they usually pass within a half hour. Take a break, reschedule or ride it out if storm appears during a seesion. I would be more worried about loss of power than actually having a bolt travel all the way to you.
