Infected?

Hey Taz... So I got this tattoo of 9 stars going up my ankle from the top of my foot. I got it done yesterday, and I wake up this morning and its swollen and extremely painful. I cant walk without limping around... Its red around the entire tattoo and very itchy, but not dry. I us a&d ointment on it. It also feels very warm to the touch. I have a half sleeve tat and 12 other tats that didnt hurt this much. Just wondering if you think I should get it checked out by my doc??
