well from personal experince i did a penis tattoo and i did it while he was flacid. it wasnt difficult to do i tattooed 2 lighting bolts on the shaft and the customer walked away throwing me a 200 dollar tip because i was ( professinal about it!!!!!!) and he was then known as FLASH! true story. also he came back a couple of months later and told me he couldnt belive all the free beer and money he has gotten with wagers about it. hope this helps. and yes i am a male and for the record happily married for 23 years to my wiffy!
