fading tattoo

ive got 2 tattoos in the last month both all black, and when the 4th day comes it starts to peels. when i say peels i mean it falls off, just a couple of dots remaining. i still have the outline but it looks like crap. ive been using a & d on it and been keepin it clean . what can i do to stop it i was told to use the a & d for 2 days then vitamin e oil for 2 weeks is that right? normally ive been using a & d for week and a half.
