Cleaning my neck tattoo and plasma?

I just got a tattoo on the back of my neck yesterday and I love it but its really difficult for me to clean. The problem i am having is that I get water everywhere besides on the tat, its really easy for me to clean it once I get out of the shower but when I have clothes on, its really awkward. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for me to make it easier for me to clean. And another question is that it is leaking plasma quite frequently, do I have to throughly clean it everytime it leaks (with soap, and ointment) or do I just pat it with a paper towel? My first tat didnt leak this much (on my arm), and Im wondering if its because this one is on my neck? THANKS SO MUCH GUYS for your help
