art critiques??

Hey- I checked out your work, your bio drawing and the color rose with the heart was not too bad...I did like the charcoal machine as well.

I would say work on tightening up your technical skill when working with color pencils. You want a nice even saturation of color with smooth blending as well. I really enjoyed the sharper (as in not so round) line work in your charcoal work and the use of highlighted color in the right areas. At least to me based on what you have shown it looks like you enjoy more black and gray work as oppposed to full color, and I think personally if you did black and gray work and use that special touch of color it will make for a more dynamic and interesting future for tattoo work. That being said though I really did like your bio design too-organic with a touch of the old school look...it is going to be exciting when you decide to become an apprentice and your designs I am sure will be interesting to say the least!
